Voice Chat ipak dolazi uz novi PTR Patch

Izgleda da je Blizzard u završnoj fazi izrade Voice Chata. Nove informacije govore nam da će Blizzard ubaciti ovu mogućnost u PTR patchu kako bi igrači mogli da testiraju pre nego što patch bude finaliziran. 

It will be in a future build of the current PTR. You haven't missed it.
