Aside from that, simply being labeled as full doesnt mean that any and all players are potentially barred from a realm. Transfers will be disabled should the queues be severe and repeated. The appearance of a queue at peak hours is not the only factor to consider, but how many people are attempting to transfer or create new characters along with the severity of the queues. I realize queues give you the sad face, but that is not reason enough to take an isolationist stance. Many factors suggest this is a temporary surge and the queues provide a counter influence to balance population. There are measures in place to close the realm off and we are monitoring the situation, should the queues become excessive.
